Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for all grooming services. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be subject to a fee and may affect future booking privileges.

Pet Requirements

  • All pets must be current on vaccinations. Please provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or special needs your pet may have.
  • Pets with fleas or ticks will receive a flea bath at an additional charge.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk to our staff or other animals.

Grooming Services

Our groomers will do their best to accommodate your styling requests. However, the final result may vary based on your pet's coat condition, behavior, and health.

  • Severely matted coats may require shaving for the health and comfort of your pet.
  • We use professional-grade products that are safe for pets. If your pet has sensitivities, please let us know.
  • Grooming times vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and services requested.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for matting, flea treatments, de-shedding, or special handling.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, grooming does carry inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may be discovered or aggravated during grooming.
  • Minor nicks or scratches may occasionally occur, especially with anxious or uncooperative pets.
  • If any health concerns arise during grooming, we will contact you immediately.

Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up your pet promptly at the scheduled time. Pets not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may incur additional boarding fees.
